Jeremiah Akers
Broker Associate

Growing up in Colorado, Jeremiah developed a passion for the outdoors at an early age. Following that passion led him to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2008. He and his family currently live in Marble and enjoy the active lifestyle the area offers.

Before starting a career in real estate, Jeremiah had a diverse professional background in the Roaring Fork Valley. Since moving to the valley, he has consistently been a part of the ministry, sporting, property management, and hospitality communities. He was previously on staff at a local church, where he worked with the children’s and young adult’s ministries. After his time in ministry, Jeremiah decided to pursue his life-long dream of being a professional guide and outfitter. Not willing to give up his pursuit of adventure, he still guides hunting and fly fishing occasionally for a local outfitter.

With a central office in Carbondale, Jeremiah is positioned to offer service in the Roaring Fork River, Crystal River, and Colorado River valleys and surrounding areas. He is very excited to help you find a home and connect you and your families to the great communities in the area. Please let his friendly and honest personality, commitment to excellence, attention to detail and genuine desire to help serve you with any of your real estate needs. He would be happy to talk to you today!

Jim Cardamone

Jim Cardamone
Broker Associate

Jim graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont with an English Department degree in American Literature in 1976. Though not recruited for the ski team, he soon made the traveling team and competed in the Division 1 NCAA Championships three out of four years. One highlight for him was third place in the Eastern Collegiate Championships in Downhill as a freshman. He was also Alpine Ski Team Captain senior year. “Many of my ski racing teammates and competitors have become my lifelong friends.” Some of these ski racing contacts led to sales and marketing work with K2 Skis through 1981.

Adventures with the ski team and then K2 inspired Jim to head West to Colorado. Jim made the move to real estate in 1988. It was a perfect fit. With a wealth of sales experience and a love of Colorado living, selling real estate in the Roaring Fork Valley was a natural progression for Jim. He has been with Mason Morse since 1994 and is consistently one of the top producers in the MLS. In addition, Jim has spent 12 years on the Board of the Aspen Valley Land Trust and was President for 3 of those years. “Volunteering for a non-profit organization that is dedicated to preserving open space was something I jumped at the chance to participate in. I am extremely proud to be part of a group that has preserved thousands of acres here in our backyard.” Jim spends his free time skiing, kayaking, climbing and generally enjoying life in the mountains with his wife and three children.
